Organisational Structure

The foundation being a registered trust is run by a board of trustees who meet once every three months to decide matters of policy. The board of trustees consists of eminent trainers, educationists, theater and voice over artists and motivational speakers. There are at the moment ten trustees and two special invitees with five places being vacant to be filled in by persons of eminence in the days to come. All trustees , by common agreement claim no emoluments nor reimbursement of personal expenses and devote their time absolutely free of charge.

The operational management is overseen by a managing trustee, a joint managing trustee and a deputy managing trustee who are elected for a period of two years. For operational purposes they are referred to as President, Vice president (programs) Vice president (admin)

The training activity is undertaken by 4 mentors and three coaches led by a master coach. These are roles and the members are also trustees in their individual capacities.

The unique part of the structure is that by rotation all senior members play the leadership role by being mentor of the month. The MOM as he/ she is called is responsible for micro managing all activities for that particular month. This enables strong second string of leadership to emerge.
